The Harvard Square Commentary was a weekly online general interest magazine which was published from 2004 until early in 2009. It was begun by Ernest Cassara, a retired professor of history from George Mason University. Late in 2005, it was turned over to John Turner of Montpelier, Vermont, who was assisted in the editorship by Neil Turner of Annapolis, Maryland.
